Paying your bill online is as easy as 1-2-3!

1.  Choose how to pay

Decide what payment method you want to use.  You may pay your bill online for FREE using your Visa®, MasterCard®, checking or savings account! (Please note: The credit card payment option is available for small to medium-sized business customers.  Payment by credit card is not available for large business customers.)

2.  Choose when to pay

You can make a one-time payment online, or you can set up Automatic Payment so that your bill is paid automatically each month.

Single payments can be scheduled to post to your DTE Energy account as early as the same business day or up to 60 days in advance. Payments made after 1:00 p.m. will automatically be applied on the next business day.

Automatic payments are automatically withdrawn from your selected payment method on your bill's due date. (If you are already enrolled in Automatic Payment and need to change your payment method information, click here.)

3.  Choose paper or paperless

Choose to receive a paper bill each month by U.S. mail or go paperless and receive your monthly bill by e-mail.
