Electrical Service Installation Guide (Green Book)

Please note: With the installation of the new Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters, outages are detected in our Outage Management System every time a meter is removed (i.e. service upgrades, replacing ODC and entrance cable, etc.)  Before you remove a meter, please call 1.800.477.4747 and provide the CR with the location, meter number, and date and time of removal and duration of outage.

Please Note: We no longer distribute hard copies of the Electrical Service Installation Guide (ESIG). Revisions and additions to the ESIG will be posted to this Web site. Please check this site regularly to ensure you are constructing and adhering to the latest specifications. Failure to comply with current specifications could lead to unnecessary delays, inconvenience or additional costs.
