The Automatic Transfer of Service Program (ATS) is designed to provide an efficient transfer of service responsibility from the Tenant to a Landlord without service interruption.
The plan is designed to provide continuous electric and/or gas service to the properties that the Landlord owns or manages.
When a Tenant calls for service to be discontinued, the meter will remain on and the service will automatically be placed back in the Landlord’s name.
To enroll in the Automatic Transfer of Service Program, you must complete an enrollment form*. sign it and submit it via email at LANDLORD_ACCT@DTEENERGY.COM, mail or fax it to DTE Energy at the address below.
