Damage to DTE Energy power lines or other electrical equipment?

If DTE Energy-owned electrical system equipment is damaged, notify us immediately by calling 800.477.4747.

Please provide the following information:

• Location of the damage
• What equipment has been damaged and how
• Who damaged the equipment (if known), and the contact information for the company or individual who damaged the equipment (if known)

Our authorized contractor investigates reports of damage to our electrical equipment. If the individual or company that caused the damage can be identified, our contractor then sends out invoices on our behalf seeking reimbursement for repairs.
