They are road-ready today and provide users with a proven technology that operates like a gasoline vehicle but with advantages to the users and the environment. 

They are particularly well-suited for many commercial fleet operations.

What fleets may benefit most from NGVs?

Fleets that may gain the most from the switch to NGVs are those in urban areas that use vehicles that typically get low fuel-economy and rack up miles. 

This applies to many of our own company’s vehicles. We started in 2010 to replace our service vans with new NGVs. By the end of 2011, we will have more than 200 NGV vehicles on the road.
