Energy Optimization (Incentive) Programs 

Yes. You may still participate in gas programs since electric customers may only submit self-direct plans.

Sites or accounts that received an EO incentive may not be eligible to enroll in the self-direct program if they have not paid at least 60 continuous months of full EO surcharges prior to enrollment.

Only those sites that are not included in a self-directed plan can apply for incentives or other services.
