We take a comprehensive, well-rounded approach to diversity with our employees, our suppliers, our leaders and the communities we serve.

Our diversity strategy has four components:
  • Engaging management - ensuring company leaders are prepared and accountable for building and leading a diverse workforce

  • Strengthening relationships – proactively seeking diverse suppliers and supporting programs and institutions that celebrate and enhance awareness of different cultures

About our Diversity Leadership Council 

The mission of the Diversity Leadership Council is to serve as a think tank within DTE Energy, coordinating and supporting diversity initiatives across our company's business units.

The Council focuses on providing enterprise strategic leadership and direction for diversity matters, ensuring alignment of diversity with other business initiatives, and serving as the primary link with other major organizations.
