Why was Supplier Connections created?
Supplier Connections was created with you, our supplier, in mind. It is a Web-based, self-service tool that will drive higher efficiency within DTE Energy's Supply Chain processes. This supplier portal will be the single access point that enables you to maintain your own supplier profile, receive DTE Energy supply chain communications and access your contract details, purchase orders, good receipts and invoice payment information.

What are the advantages of using Supplier Connections?
Supplier Connections provides you with a single access point from which you may access the information and services most important to doing business with DTE Energy.
Such tasks could include:
- Reading the latest Company and Supplier Management news and information
- Managing minimum and maximum inventory levels
- Managing purchase order information and data

How do I contact my buyer?
Select the Contact a Buyer link in the left navigation of this Web page. Then select the business unit you do business with to find your respective buyer.

How many users can I create for my company?
The number of users that can be created for a company is defined in the user guide. Please refer to the user guide for this information.

Who do I contact if I need to reset my password?
Each supplier will have an onsite administrator responsible for resetting passwords. You should contact that individual within your company for assistance in resetting your password.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my contract or purchase order?
If your inquiry is related to your contract or purchase order, please contact your Buyer immediately for assistance.
If your inquiry is related to material receipts, please contact the DTE Energy Ship To location immediately.
Service receipts questions should be directed to your DTE Energy Contract Administrator or Requestor.

How long will it take to get a response to my question?
If the question is a technical-related inquiry, the portal administrator will reply within two to three business days.

Who do I contact if I have technical questions about some of the functions within the Supplier Connections Website?

How do I know which DTE Energy company or legal entity I have to invoice?
You should contact the person who requested the goods or service for the invoice details.

Where do I go to view the latest news at DTE Energy?
Select Supplier Resources under the My Home tab to view the display of the documents. Select the DTE Energy News or My News to get the latest supply chain news from DTE Energy.

Can anyone access the Supplier Connections website?
Access to Supplier Connections is by invitation only. DTE Energy reserves the right to select suppliers to participate in using its supplier portal. Upon receiving an invitation to this secured site, you will be responsible for registering your company and creating additional user IDs as defined in the user guide.

Can my company process purchase orders electronically on this site?
Yes. To perform this procedure, select the purchase order collaboration tab under Supplier Self Service. Go to the Display/Process of Purchase order. From the Supplier Self Service detailed navigation (left navigation) you can view links to Purchase Order, ASN, Confirmation, Invoices, etc.
