You may periodically check the online system for the status of your application, and may also apply for other jobs of interest to you. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, you may not be personally contacted regarding your application.

If you are selected as a candidate, you will be contacted for a telephone and/or in-person interview. In-person interviews may be scheduled at the actual work site, at our Detroit, MI or Arbor, MI headquarters.

Depending on the type of position you applied for, you may be required to successfully complete and pass a skills test. For certain jobs, we use validated skills tests to assess a candidate's ability to perform job related skills. 

If you are offered a position, you will be required to complete a pre-employment screening process which may include but is not limited to verification of your education and prior work history, a criminal background investigation and a drug test. Depending on the position, you may also be required to complete a pre-employment physical.

If  you successfully complete the pre-employment screening process, a start date will be determined. Generally, on your first day of employment, you will participate in a new employee orientation program and be required to verify your identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
