The Associate Program is a strategic investment in developing future leaders of DTE Energy. We're seeking ambitious, energetic and quantitatively adept recent MBA graduates from leading business schools with an interest in high visibility roles in finance and strategy. Following the Program, participants will transition into new positions based on their interests and company requirements.

To ensure an effective transition to DTE Energy, Associates will be assigned an advisor to familiarize them with the organization. Associates will receive on-going training in valuation, problem solving, communications and industry specific areas.
Required core skills include: a strong understanding of finance and strategy, financial modeling skills; the ability to understand, articulate and perform valuation analyses; the ability to distill complex issues into their essential elements; and the ability to communicate the results to senior management. Experience with acquisitions, project finance, risk management, contract negotiations and/or management consulting would be a benefit.
