The Diversity Leadership Council
The Diversity Leadership Council is an essential element of our company’ diversity strategy. Comprised of a wide range of employees representing many company business units, its mission is to serve as a think tank within DTE Energy, coordinating and supporting diversity initiatives across our company's business units.
The Council focuses on providing enterprise strategic leadership and direction for diversity matters, ensuring alignment of diversity with other business initiatives, and serving as the primary link with other major organizations.
