As a major employer and landowner in Michigan, DTE Energy’s waste reduction and recycling projects have a major impact on the region. Not only do we have many programs designed to reduce or eliminate many types of waste, but we educate employees so that they may put these same principles into practice at home.

Both formally and informally, we seek to minimize waste and explore opportunities for pollution prevention across the enterprise. You'll find examples of these activities in the Pollution Prevention links at the left.
