Effective August 2, 2010, DTE Energy appointed Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (Wells Fargo Shareowner Services) as its Transfer Agent, Registrar, Dividend Disbursing Agent and Administrator of the DTE Energy Dividend Reinvestment & Stock Purchase Plan (“Plan”). This change should have very little impact on our shareowners and while the Shareholder Services phone number has not changed you must re-register at www.shareowneronline.com if you wish to access to your account online, see details below.

Historical Account Information

The DTE Energy Company itself does not have access to or provide historical account information.  Our transfer agent, Wells Fargo Shareowner Services, maintains your account history for a minimum of 7 years.  They are not required to maintain transaction data longer than 7 years.
