As of January 2013, the format of the High Energy Health training has changed from a 9 hour training program to a series of five 1.5 hour modules. The High Energy Health Series is a collection of courses designed to help participants learn how to maximize their personal energy in order to be healthier, happier and more engaged at work and home. The series focuses on incorporating a holistic viewpoint of energy management and ties in elements of wellness, stress management, mental focus and work-life balance.
The series is comprised of 5 courses -- High Energy Health Basics and four deep dive courses that focus on specific topics of energy management in much more detail than what is covered in basics. Participants can take as many courses as they would like in any order. You are not required to take High Energy Health Basics first, nor are you required to complete the entire series.
The Basics Course and each Deep Dive Course are 1 hour and 30 minutes. The four deep dive courses are Food is Fuel, Activity is Activating, Stress Management and Focus.

Note: This series is a restructuring of the High Energy Health Courses previously taught. Participants who have previously taken the High Energy Health courses will learn new material along with a reinforcement of previously taught information.
