Research shows that you are twice as likely to succeed in your attempt to quit using tobacco if you participate in a tobacco cessation program that includes support. RedBrick Health offers both online and phone coaching programs to help you stop using tobacco.
To get started, contact RedBrick Health at 866.261.7144, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET, Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, or Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET to enroll in a program. Choose from either phone or online coaching.
A. Phone Program: One-on-one coaching program can last from six to twelve months depending on individual needs and goals. Calls take place approximately once per month and last 20-30 minutes.
B. Online Program: Individuals will start this program by completing a brief online questionnaire about their health; then participants can work at their own pace. Online programs may be a good choice for those who like to work independently.
