Eligible DTE Energy employees and their spouses will receive 50 Quarterly Health Engagement Drawing entries or a $50 Energize Your Life Activity Credit for the quarter in which they complete a screening physical.

Simply download the Annual Physical Screening Form  (also available on RedBrick Health's website), have a physician complete the form and return it to RedBrick Health via the instructions provided. The deadline to submit Annual Physical Screening Forms* for 2013 is September 30, 2013.
