DTE Energy recognizes that dealing with healthcare can be, at times, overwhelming. To help you “navigate” through the healthcare industry, DTE Energy has partnered with Henry Ford Health System and Henry Ford Medical Group to offer a program for DTE Energy employees and retirees who are age 55 and above, spouses and those employees caring for a loved one age 55 and above—called Henry Ford Health Navigator.

Henry Ford Health Navigator is designed to help you easily manage your healthcare (or the care of your senior family member) by offering convenient, confidential support when using Henry Ford providers or facilities. With a single phone call, a Health Navigator Personal Care Coordinator will help arrange your care, so you can spend more time doing the things you enjoy!

Personal Care Coordinators can help connect you with the right Henry Ford Medical Group provider to best meet your needs, schedule appointments, such as doctor visits, annual screenings, testing, imaging or other procedures, arrange second opinions within the Henry Ford Medical Group, connect you with a registered nurse who can help answer general health, medication or test questions, put you in contact with a billing representative to address your Henry Ford insurance and/or billing questions, refer you to Henry Ford skilled nursing communities or assisted living communities, and much more.
