If you missed the 2012 flu shot clinics, please visit your physician, a local retail clinic or health department to receive your flu shot.

Eligible DTE Energy employees and their spouses will receive 25 Quarterly Health Engagement Drawing entries or a $25 Energize Your Life Activity Credit for the quarter in which they get a flu shot. It is the employee's responsibility to complete and return the RedBrick Health Flu Shot Form* to earn their credits.

Please note: Flu shots received at a physician’s office, retail clinic or health department may result in a fee.
