They’re also a great place to take a break and recharge!

Wellness zones include:

• Blood pressure monitor with adjustable cuff
• Digital scale
• Energize Your Life promotional posters and flyers
• Copies of the IN Charge newsletter
• A Stop & Go Fast Food Guide
• A Stop & Go Grocery Guide
