* One kilowatt hour (kWh) is the electricity needed to light a 100-watt bulb for 10 hours. You are billed based on how many kilowatt hours you use.

** Your average use per day for the past year can be found next to the graph on your bill.

To take full advantage of the discount, you must be 62 years or older and use an average of less than 694 kilowatt hours per month, or this rate will not be beneficial to you.
