When you report your power problem online or by phone at 800.477.4747, we’ll provide our best estimate -- at that point in time -- as to how soon your power will be back in service.

Your initial estimate may have to be updated if the problem is more extensive than anticipated or we encounter additional problems. Continued severe weather or a high volume of outages could delay our restoration efforts.
