Ann Arbor District Detroit Edison retirees club

Detroit Edison Alliance of Retirees (DEAR)
Represents DTE Energy retirees by working to maintain retirement provisions covered under respective retirement plans. The DEAR board of directors, chaired by Bob Tompkins, meets quarterly with DTE Energy management to address questions and issues related to the maintenance of retiree benefits. To keep retirees informed, DEAR mails a quarterly newsletter and hosts an annual meeting in May. March 13 - The 30th annual Detroit Edison Team Handicap Bowling Tournament will be held at Clover Lanes in Livonia.
Sign up now! Teams of all women, men or mixed teams are welcome. At least three of the five bowlers on the team must be DTE Energy employees, retirees, or have bowled in a previous tournament. March 14 - Celtic Crossroads show at the River Raisin Center for the Performing Arts (RRCA) in Monroe, Mich.
Retirees and employees can receive a $5 discount on tickets to the Celtic Crossroads show at 3 p.m. Sunday at the River Raisin Center for the Performing Arts (RRCA) in Monroe, Mich. Ticket prices for the show, sponsored by the DTE Energy Foundation, are $25 for adults, $22 seniors, $15 students/kids. March 19 - The Greenwood Athletic Association is holding a fundraiser at the Greenwood Energy Center to benefit the Yale Food Bank.
There is a $15 admission charge, which includes dinner, beverages, fun. And, $5 from your admission goes to the food bank. Doors open at 3 p.m. Dinner will be served from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in billiards, pinball or card playing from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Guests may also have the option of joining in tournaments at an additional charge. March 24 - Come cheer on the Detroit Red Wings as they battle to secure their 19th consecutive trip to the postseason.
DTE Energy employees, retirees, family and friends can take advantage of a special group ticket package for the March 24 game vs. St. Louis Blues. For only $25 per person, you will receive an upper bowl Red Wings ticket and a CCHA College Hockey at the Joe Louis Arena tournament ticket.
