Extensive Total Wellbeing Support

Our employees have access to a wide variety of programs, activities and classes, which provides them a total body enrichment.

2021 by the Numbers

  • 6,940 wellbeing events, challenges, classes and activities offered with more than 108,190 total participants
  • 63 workshops and webinars offered, with a total of 6,763 participants
  • Thousands of on-demand health and wellbeing classes available

People often think about wellness in terms of physical health — such as nutrition, exercise and weight management. It is so much more. We genuinely believe vitality comes from the interactions and harmony between our four dimensions of total wellbeing.

Physically Thriving

Our Summer Steppin’ Challenge showcased 841 participants who took a total of 173,450,927 steps! That’s 86,725 miles and equal to walking around the earth 3.5 times!

Emotionally Resilient

One of our 33 emotional wellbeing workshops featured our Chairman & CEO Jerry Norcia and #1 best-selling author, professor at Stanford University School of Medicine and Founder of The Stanford Lab for Mental Health Innovation Dr. Nina Vasan.

Socially Connected

We witnessed 3,620 of our family members volunteer 70,274 hours of their time to support 944 nonprofits in the communities where we live and serve.

Financially Secure

In 2021, SmartDollar, a program created by Dave Ramsey, was offered as a free benefit to all employees. The program helped nearly 2,000 employees learn how to better manage their finances and eliminate $4.1 million in personal debt.
