Lean & Green Michigan

Lean & Green Michigan helps commercial and industrial property owners finance energy efficiency, water efficiency and renewable energy products through local Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) programs. Benefits include:

  • Long-term financing up to 25 years, with fixed interest rates.
  • No upfront costs – 100% of project costs can be financed.
  • PACE financeable measures include lighting, HVAC, insulation, building envelope, windows, building controls, water conservation including low flow systems and the implementation of renewable energy. If it saves energy, you can finance it.
  • PACE is secured through a tax assessment against the property, making the loan recourse to the property, and transferable with the sale of the property.
  • PACE is available for retrofits and new construction projects – making all buildings more efficient.
  • See case studies of past project here: https://leanandgreenmi.com/casestudy/
