Once your date is confirmed, the due date printed on your bill will never be earlier than this date, but could be due up to five days after this date.
The date we read your meter and create your bill will change. Your advanced metering infrastructure or AMI/smart meter allows us to read your meter remotely, at any time to provide you the benefit of a flexible due date.
The first bill after you switch will reflect the new date. This bill may be higher or lower than normal due to the number of days in the billing period.
