March 2021 Issuance

In 2021, DTE Electric completed its third green bond issuance of $1.0 billion. The series was issued in 2 tranches, $575 million 2021 Green Series A 1.90% General and Refunding Bonds due 2028 and $425 million 2021 Green Series B 3.25% General and Refunding Bonds due 2051.

  • EWR Programs include offerings available to residential customers, commercial and industrial customers, Pilot Programs and general education and awareness programs.
  • Through DTE's EWR Programs customers have upgraded equipment in their homes and their businesses, helping them to become more energy efficient, and they have been provided with education, tips, strategies and tools to help them save money on their energy bills.
  • In 2020, DTE Electric's EWR Program resulted in total verified net electric savings of 769,790 megawatt hours (MWh) or 1.67% of 2019 planned retail sales, as compared to the minimum legislative requirement of 462,223 megawatt hours (MWh).
